Who are we?

WalletsOnline.com.au is the trading name of Internet Business Vision Pty Ltd. We have been involved in various online retail sites since 2005 and we pride ourselves in offering a great range, and great prices with a human touch. At this stage we only sell men’s wallets, but over time we do plan on offering a full range of wallets for women. We wanted to focus on increasing the range of men’s wallets that are available in Australia. When a man is searching for a wallet in a traditional retail store you get a limited range, higher prices and crappy returns policies.

We have a large range of over 60 different wallets, and we are increasing our wallet range constantly. We offer great prices on the wallets we stock. And most importantly we really do stand by the products we sell. We have a 30 day satisfaction return policy, so if you no longer like the colour, spilt beer on it or it is bigger than you thought feel free to return it for a 100% money back guarantee. We only ship to Australia at this stage and this allows us to offer free shipping on every order. Although if you want to ship your order via express post that will cost you $5 extra. Please check out our shipping policy here

All orders are out the door within 48 hours, but if there is any kind of hold up then we will let you know asap. If you have not had a good experience with our shipping then please let us know. From personal experience I know how a poor shipping process can ruin the entire shopping experience.

We offer free gift wrapping, although a lot of our wallets do come in gift boxes. You can also leave a gift message on the invoice. But if you would like us to organise something special as a gift please give us reasonable notice and we will do our best to make it happen.
